What we collect
When you fill out our service request form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, where your cart is, details about your cart, and what you need. We also keep notes about the work we do on your cart.
How we use it
- To contact you and schedule service.
- To keep a record of the work done on your cart.
- To send maintenance reminders and occasional offers, but only if you checked the box to receive them.
Texts and emails
You can stop reminder texts at any time by replying STOP, or stop emails by replying "unsubscribe" or telling Roger. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business (such as our website host), or if required by law. If Hole In One Golf Carts is ever sold or transferred to a new owner, customer records may transfer with the business so your service history and reminders continue.
